
BETA 3
You know the drill. Another Skulltag version, another GVH beta! The color swapping bug has been fixed, along with some other stuff. That’s good enough for me! It’s also good enough for me to release a beta of the map pack! Enjoy!
Here’s he list of changes (from what I can bloody remember)
- Included Beta map pack.
- Sjas’s speed as been lowered. He was accidentally too fast before.
- The Marine’s machinegun does slightly less damage.
- The Hunter’s altfire is slower (so you can’t harass Creepers with it.)
- Made the Hunter’s lightning arrow damage less random.
- Added decals for all the marine’s weapons, hunter weapons, cyborg’s plasma and The Creeper’s curse balls.
- Added Choke to the playable classes.
- Changed the “tense” music (which starts when both teams have one win remaining in TLMS).
- Added ricochet sounds to the Marine’s weapons.
- Probably some other stuff I forgot about.
- Removed Choke from the playable classes

Don’t forget, if you beat the singleplayer campaign from GVH01 to GVH10 without quitting, you’ll unlock the FINAL map. What could it be?!

GVHFIN was well made, I must say.

Um. How do you use the mappack actually? I try to find the maps on the lists but I cant find them. Also the special bots don’t go to the right teams, and when they do they only choose Sjas and Marine.

they’re under GVH01-10. Start a new game and pick the episode Human’s last stand if you want to go through the singleplayer campaign.
Instead of picking the regular built in ST bots pick the GVH specific ones.

Well now I AM using the right bots (Sgt. Andrews, Valient, etc.) but they still don’t go to the right team or only choose Sjas or Marine.

Make sure to put them on the right teams. In bot setup Team 1 is humans and team 2 is for the ghouls.

1 thing I’ll say right now…..the campaign segment of GVH is really tough. The Ghoul team seems almost….too good.

I’ve also noticed a bug during the campaign were you cant get past the 3rd level keeps reseting

Make sure you load the GVH pk3 before GVHmaps pk3. If you get them in the wrong order you get that error.
Also beta 4 is out now, please get that one.

lemme guess, the map 11 Is a fight with yurie? and btw, I dont think chokes sprites are bad, atleast not compared to all the other sprites here, so I think you should add him, but then you need to think of his abbilities, and another humen class and abbilities to even it out, so meh, anyway, exelent mod, but can you tone down sjas’s scream/make it so the person playing as it cant hear? it hurts my ears when I move
