bug: bots dont work well in capture the flag

the bots dont even try to take or guard the flag and instead they get locked in battle. i tried to play on a high difficulty as well.

The source code for Zandronum's (then Skulltag's) bots was lost a long time ago. Bots aren't going to see any improvement unless somebody rebuilds them from scratch.
