Time for another challenge! This time it's the classic Skulltag/ Doom themed SHOOT! adapted for MM8BDM but with a twist...

Bronze Award : Get a frag against your opponent in Duel or Deathmatch mode.

Silver Award : Defeat an opponent in Duel mode by reaching the fraglimit before them.

Gold Award : Defeat Darkman2 in a Duel on Nightmare! skill.

PLATINUM Award : Defeat Darkman2 in a Duel without dying once on the Nightmare! skill. Fraglimit can be no lower than 5.

I *really* like this version of Eddie and greatly prefer it to the one used in game. I would recommend a CTF/Possession rotation as well - take the DM one and simply remove Rush Jet and Exit Unit.

Some people were complaining about only getting energy/weapon energy; if you wanted to remove that you could just make it so that in DM energy/wep energy only spawn as 2nd/3rd/4th items so that they'll never appear as the single item (only as a secondary one), even if it's not as true to the original. With this though, I was able to end the appearance of nonsensical weapons in CTF - so long Leaf Shield, Mirror Buster, Centaur Flash, etc.!

Do you mean for completing the challenges?

If so, then yes. You can choose buckshot or use your buster only with items.

If you mean to change the map to buster only but keep the Eddies then I'll have to think about it. In the classic SHOOT you get a super shotgun. Blizzard Attack to me seems like the closest approximation of this. What I may do is make more themed SHOOT maps with different weapon sets instead. This challenge stands as it is though.
