The way the tip of the staff part is rounded doesn't transition into the other frames, and generally the tip is bent in every frame that it is held in a different direction. And the trident itself faces another direction from the staff as well.
Its a good start, just touch those up and it will look much better.

I did this as an experiment because it kinda bugs me why they only use 2 frames for "damage".
