I seem to be getting "phantom unread posts" on the front page (some of the forum icons are gold instead of white) even though I actually have read them as shown with the "View unread posts" page being blank. Clicking on "Mark forums read" seems to fix this, but only temporary.

This happens to me too. At first I thought it was fixed after I marked forums read the first time, but every time there's a new post I have to do it again even after I've read them.

Should be fixed now. You may need to mark as read one last time.

So I tried to open three tabs of the Cutstuff forums at the same time. 1 tab loads, and the other two give this error:

I got a bunch of those "MySQL server has gone away" errors a few minutes ago when doing things, including changing between topics and posting a post.

Just tried to access the forums now at the main page, and it threw an error screen. I couldn't get the bottom info because it wasn't there at all. There seems to have been a massive slowdown a couple of minutes ago, but it suddenly ended just like that.

EDIT: Nevermind, it keeps happening at random.

Managed to fix the board index thing. For future reference (if the SQL errors start popping up again) the file I edited was breadcrumbs.html (previously empty for some reason).

I got an SQL error right after having submitted a post edit in MM8BDM Discussion. Here's the whole text.
(click to show/hide)
I know it was just one instance right now and thus not consistent, but just in case it DOES become consistent, I'll have an accurate record of it all here.

EDIT: Also, the forums seem to be alternating between loading slowly and normally at this time.

EDIT 2 (About an hour later): Slowdown happened again, and two other SQL errors just happened at the main board index, one when viewing who was online.

I've been having problems too. The site's been real slow today, and just now I got an error trying to go here.

I've been getting this page at random whenever trying to make any action on the site today.
