Health problem

So one minute i was just playing modded mm8bdm....

...The next i was just playing with the rock force mod and my health was at a QUARTER OF THE FULL THING!!!!!!
Of course...the health capsules worked normal...yet EVERY TIME i spawn i have a quarter health.

Can somebody help me fix this?

Check that you havent changed the amount of handicap, Handicap decreases the amount of health you spawn with so its likely that
