I was going to do it, but I noticed you put very little cyan in there.  Do you want to touch it up or trust me to do it?

Custom touhou, nice. Had I actually been a spriter, I would probably just altered Megamari's sprites.

Yes, the colors change based on the weapons picked up.  Having both colors allows other players to realize what weapon you're using.

Ah, allow me a few moments then...I can easilly change her ribbon to cyan (on her head, not her chest)

No, just players named Remilia.  Nobody here has made a skin since, from what I've gathered, people don't like Touhou on here.  Personally, I'm indifferent because I have no idea what the Hell it even is.  I'm assuming some Anime.
