Okay, I slept enough that I feel better now. Feels great! Let me tell you a bit about today:
- I was talking with a dean from my college about how I have problems with understanding my psychology professor in class (I'm not the only one in my class). Upon going out of the office and to the student center, I casually met him, asked him if he would give us a clear review (said yes) and he also told me where to find a lot more psychology textbooks other than the library. So much yes.
- I went to play some MvC3with a group of gamers at the student center in my college, and I saw one of them had a laptop with a Megaman sticker. I told them about 8BDM. When they heard that, they were like: "A Megaman FPS? Lemme see that!".
I showed them the whole intro, a match with bots in MM7TUR at their request (short, 6 frags), and they were already going: "WOW!", and: "Halo EAT YER HEART OUT HUEHUE". I also showed them other of the maps and explained that there are maps packs, mods (talked about Classes, which was what one of them was wondering about) in the roughly 20 minutes I was there. It was fun, and there seems to be interest.
Of course, I showed them some remix maps, too.
