I actually did remove the shading so he'd fit in better. I just left the backpack yellow because I wasn't sure if it would blend in with the shirt stripes (It probably wouldn't) and the cheek marks because he looks kinda odd without them.

I guess I could go back and change it if it bothers a lot of people.

You can see the cheek marks from the back of his head. Look closely, it's the same color.
