Welcome to my skin workshop. I got some nice skins made as well as some that are planned to be made as well as in the works right now.

Honestly all these skins need work.
They all reek of inconsistencies because each rotation they're at a different height and nothing makes sense. But there's also cases where some sprites are just bad.
I'd try to learn from these 4 skins and at least try to put some effort, though some effort does show, I think you can make these even better!
Though I will say that you shouldn't waste your time with the Stardroids, 8BDM is going to have an official MMV expansion very soon, and there's already skins for just about all of them anyways. Then again that didn't stop you from making the 10th Mario skin to exist on these forums.
Finally I'll say that I just simply don't like Mega Man edits a lot, but Vent at least looks nicely edited, and the ones in your planned section seem decent too.
Are you going to consider Aile, Grey, and Ashe at some point? If so, awesome, more love for the ZX series.

Ok, here's a good way of telling if you're being inconsistent.

See here? The heads don't evenly match up correctly, and many other parts of Vent are not aligned properly either (I wouldn't worry too much about making the upper-body perfect since Back/R and Back frames the upper-body can be lifted upwards if it looks right, which you do seem to know apparently.
There's also details on Vent that appear in one rotation, but are absent in another. Try to double-check your sprites and make sure they're at their best to your current ability, that means checking to make sure you didn't do something in one rotation that should exist in others but don't.

There's still potential for great skins in the future, just keep improving!

You're getting there, but a lot of things are now inconsistent on the side frame.
- Arm is 1 pixel lower than it should be.
- Back part of the head is inconsistent in just about all frames, the thing that goes down thingy.
- Thing on the sides of the legs.

Other than that, the front and back heads look a little fat, I assume you're using the old template when making these skins which I do not recommend.
Pull the sprites off SLADE itself (go into the MM8BDM v4c file and dig for it there, should be obvious where it might be located) and base off those. This includes the Mega Buster as well. The walk frames are mostly unchanged in recent times and honestly the changes it got in v4c are horrid in comparison, either way that's more your choice.

One thing I would suggest for your skin thread is it could use some better formatting along with more screenshots. I would suggest showing a few screenshots with the different angles and your skin with different weapons equipped. Just some small tips which will make your thread a bit more organized.
