well the whole asking for permission thing is pretty much untrue because we all picked free themes from the composers

Free or not, we should still contact the person and let them know we are using it for it. And it has been a long time now, they may not be free anymore.  Kacke has made these songs with the soul intention of being used for this.

Exactly the reason why they are most likely still free. I doubt someone would double back on an old song and suddenly not make it free any more.

I'll consider the songs later- there are still some I'd like to keep from what we've already picked...

Thanks to Geno for pointing out an issue with the coding on the default Oil Man skin.

Seems OILP was also shared with the oil canisters in Oil PU's stage.
So without further adieu I have fixed the issue.

Note this is only the Skin and Bot pk3. If you wish to fix the issues yourselfs for having the skins in your folder, I changed the code to OILD
Open it in slade, highlight all the sprites and rightclick > rename. You will get something like OILP**** in the rename box. Simply replace the P with a D and hit ok, it will change them all to match.

The only thing left is to map. Unless you want to make decor.
Some decor suggestions.
School of Fish to mave in Shark's map.
Toxman for Wily Stage.
The Bee/Scorpions for Bit.
Maybe Spider/Snakes for Oil.
The Assembly Line for Dyna.
The Electric Eel from 1.
Fire Flys for Volt.

Only suggestions of course.
Oh, and maybe if you can make a car actor for Torch, if so I can open up the street level again.

The game isn't 8-bit btw FTX. And School of Fish and Cars aren't in it, those were just suggestions to help improve the map.
