3D Conveyor Belts?

Just a quick question we need answered:

Is it possible to make 3D floors that can be used as conveyour belts at the same time?

Well. I attempted it in a map, but I couldn't make it work with tags alone. I never tried in any other method. Haven't had to much time for mapping with classes and all. It would still work under the 3D Floor.
