Red and OJ do more science: Stock DM

After months of nagging by OJ, Red has finally decided to make this beautiful abomination of a mode using numerous scientific methods, mostly done via rampant headbashing in the console. This current release contains three maps, DARS,SHAS and MRXS that can be played via the following:

Mode: Survival
Maxlives: whatever you want
dmflags: 267141508
dmflags2: 50331650
teamdamage 1

Once these are all set up, you can hop in for a deathmatch style game with limited lives.
More maps will be stock-dmed once we feel like it.

Disclaimer: spawns are solid, aircontrol is 0, and you have to spectate to reset the round. If anyone wants to make this automatic, feel free.
