Ironically, he seems pretty chill outside of fighting. Can you name any other robot master that smokes?

It's from MegaMan: The Power Fighters/The Power Battle. They're unused though, mainly because I guess they didn't want to make HeatMan a bad influence on smoking or something (he's already evil so why bother).
