Unfortunately, the only fangame I've enjoyed that had a Wily Capsule was Mega Man: Super Fighting Robot. I guess that becomes my default answer.
Rock Force and Rokko Chan end on fights that are similar to a Wily Capsule, but with different antagonists. Rock Force's final boss is a little underwhelming imo, but I remember Rokko Chan's being alright.

Guess people are kinda sick of them in general? I'm not sure.

I only played Unlimited, so I can't say all that much. Definitely didn't like the Wily Machine/capsule in that game. Do you guys use JoyToKey to play the the others? I'm going to wait for Rock Force's controller support, personally. Keyboard just doesn't do it.

Also, quick advice, ikhwanman487, never post "LOL" on a forum. it's totally all right on a an active chat system, such as Discord, where a lot of people can all make quick replies. But on a forum, the format is more anchored towards updates and questions. It's the type of stuff where you post something, go do whatever you want for a while, come back later and see the response(s) you got. Personnaly, I'm just not all into waiting for a remply, only to get a meaningless, seemingly random "LOL" message.

Yeah, it's not the best solution but Joy2Key works fine. Most Mega Man fangames have the same control scheme, so find one you like, set a decent dead zone for your controller so ladders and sliding don't annoy you, then enjoy.

By the way, I haven't played enough fan-games to truly give a definite vote, but, I'll say, Unlimited's Wily Capsule is absolute trash. Way to make it fun and fair on the player...
Speaking of fan-games, have you played SFR? Is update 1.0.3 the latest, and does it include controller support? If so, I'll bet right to playing it. Perhaps I'll come back with a vote to give...
