I cannot download the file. I do believe that the link had been broken ( that hulk smash must've done it ).

You can find it here, if that's what you're talking about.

I'm gonna give some feedback.
I really like this pack, but:
Tornado Hold and Ice Wave are the wrong colours.
Thunder Claw works completly differently.

MM8 weapons were reformed almost entirely, so don't worry about it.

Also, with thunder claw, that was the closest thing I could do to make it more interesting than a shot that goes out and then back in, removed by the reform.

Color palettes redone as suggested by Lakister, and some other tweaks were done to all the weapons.

Jewel Satellite should not hug.

Deflecting bullets is what it does.

That would make it too much like Lego's Force Field (which I believe he had made before Jewel Satellite).

Bassicly out of the shield weapons and how they all work in 8bdm in chronological order
Leaf Shield = Blocks most attacks and can be shoot forward.
Mirror Buster = Blocks shoots, sends attack out that damage scales to what hit it, depletes ammo very quickly.
Force Field = Bounces shoots back, you still take half? damage. Can be shoot out going in 4 directions.
Skull Barrier = Temporary invisibility to all damage, no offensive purpose, drains ammo until empty (then removes self from inventory) and can not be canceled until depleted.
Star Crash = Hugging weapons that doesn't block anything, drains ammo while held can be canceled via shooting, shoot rips.
Plant Barrier = no offensive purpose but heals, can be canceled.
Scorch Wheel (sorta kinda a shield)= Give temporary speed boost while held, can't be held too long, rips and travels along the ground, looks cool in water.
Jewel Satellite = Blocks attacks like leaf shield but uses ammo to do so, has a weaker hug then star crash, doesn't use ammo over time and can be fired.
Water Shield = Blocks up to 8 hits, barrier depletes one part at a time over time, can be fired for a spread attack.

Good Counters
Leaf = Busters
Mirror = Boomerangs (namely Rolling Cutter, Ring, Knight and Shark where able aim to get behind the mirror buster) and Power Stone.
Volt = Bum-rush, maybe Rolling Cutter. I've yet to get a chance to fight against this weapon so my tactic may not be best.
Skull = Wait it out, they can't attack you and are likely fleeing, so chase them.
Star = Slash Claw can get them off you easily, soon to be Flame Sword. Or take them out from a distance.
Plant = Bum Rush, it heals over time, they can switch weapons though so they aren't completely defenseless.
Scorch = Get on higher ground because it can't be aimed up, use faster moving weapons.
Jewel = Multi hitting/fast shooting weapons IE Bass Buster, Star Crash, Yamoto Spear to wear its ammo down faster.
Water = Same as above to get rid of the barriers quick and try to get some hits in before it comes back up.

I may have some wrong, correct me so.

Edit: Cause Gumball reminded me about Junk Shield
Junk: Offers some defense, as well as the rotating parts can do low (2) damage.  Can be fired going forward as well as diagonally both ways backward for a ripping projectile that does good damage.

Counter: probably bum rushing again.

That's basically what Leaf Shield does. Let's look at the shield weapons we have, shall we?

-Leaf Shield reflects a select group of projectiles, and does damage when thrown
-Skull Barrier allows for momentary invincibility, but does no damage
-Star Crash offers no defensive capabilities, but is a powerful hugging weapon
-Plant Barrier does no damage, nor is it defensive; Rather, it is used as a healing weapon
-Junk Shield hugs slightly, is a bit defensive, and can be thrown
-Mirror Buster is slightly defensive, but is more of a glass cannon weapon-wise

Jewel Satellite is basically Water Shield that isn't refilled as easily. I think it should hug, but not be all that powerful.

EDIT: Agh, FGG, you ninja...

Seeing how Junk Shield's just going to get more powerful/useful, I say let Jewel should hug for either the current damage Junk Shield portrays OR one damage value lower than that.

EDIT: Or even better, hugging uses up ammo.

No. Megaman and Bass has its own expansion that is a work in progress and the Megaman V weapons were done by King Yamato

EDIT: I really did not need to answer that post :L
