On a side note: Any map that has pits and a skybox can technically be played in this mode.  The perimeter kills won't work, but sky and pit kills work as well as 255 damage hazards.

Ah, so it's finally been released!
I really enjoyed this mod during its testing days, and really, the only complaints I had were the fact that the dashes were rather finicky, (dunno how much you can do there) and the mod results paired with the regular gamemode victory text at the end of a battle can be conflicting and confusing. (i.e by Smash rules, Player 1 is the winner. But Player 3 has more frags, so Deathmatch labels him as the winner. These two things showed up at the same time, so yeah.)

The dashes things have bothered me too in previous experience. Double tapping direction doesn't seem much reliable, so may I suggest an interaction where BT_CROUCH While holding a certain direction does the dash instead?

Was this only just now released because I mentioned it not being released in the mapping chat?
Either way, great job.

Is putting up screenshots really that difficult? You will definitely get more downloads if you had screenshots.

Have you thought about making a single use instadeath super weapon that is assembled from 3 parts(as done in smash), it would be not too difficult using code already in zandronum, also when a player dies have the game detect if a player has any of these pieces , if so they will drop them at that point for others to pick up.

The only thing about them dropping the items after dying is that the only way for someone TO die is to go out of bounds. The items will more than likely fall into pits and you'll have to wait for them to respawn, provided they have that kind of coding.

I had an idea of some mugen pack addons for this (SSB pack, Street fighter pack, pokemon pack, even come up with origianal moves for a megaman pack) Just need some alternate attacking sprites

And the best part of the idea is, the host can add whatever pack they want. the mod itself doesnt really add any special class bases or anything so compatability shouldent be too hard

Would it be possible to play Time matches with infinite time? The actual Super Smash Bros. games let you do that.

closest thing I could do to that was time limit 100, I doubt a team match with stock would take an hour and 40

I could do that, but I can't imagine too many scenario's where that would actually be enjoyable.  LMS (Aka Stock) is playable without a timelimit, so there's that at least.  I'll look into it.  With the advent of new EVENT ACS functions I want to see what else I can add.  On a side note: I noticed I did the scoring wrong.  In actual Smash bros, ANY kind of fall will take a point away.  I made it so any SELF death takes a point, but normal falls don't.  My question is, should I change the scoring so that it's more like Smash or keep it like it is.
