In commemoration of v5's release and my fifth year around here, I finally made a point of donating 50 GBP to Cutstuff.

I've been meaning to do it for a while, and I figured this was a good time. Feels good to say I'm finally giving back to the site.

Thank you! Cutstuff may not host any servers for players or anything but websites do cost money and it comes out of my pocket usually.

Due to hardware issues happening again, I gotta move my stuff onto a new laptop, so now I'm having The Windows 10 Experience

Currently I learned that I can't right-click as many things as I used to, the start menu is useless, and there's a stupid feature which breaks internet to "save battery"

Oh well, as long as I can get all my crap moved over properly, things'll be fine

I can't tell you how many jobs I've sifted through over the past year and a half but I finally have a great paying full time tech support job at Cisco with benefits and the whole thing.

If you let people treat you like garbage for long enough it pays off :'')

Turns out, it wasn't the "stupid feature" that broke internet, rather the wireless card itself

This powerful computer was given a super shitty adaptor, which means I gotta be pretty much right next to the router to do online things

I oughta go get me a USB Wi-Fi adaptor to have a temporary fix
