How do I set up a poll on an old topic?

I need to set up a poll on one of my topics, but I don't seem to know where to find the feature. I don't know where to find it ever since we moved forum software. Editing the OP doesn't seem to offer the ability either.

It it's something that's literally right under my nose, it'll feel embarrassing, to be fair.

At least for me, there's a button that says "add poll" under any topic. It's next to "Reply" for me.

Strange, it's not appearing on the topic I wanted the poll on. Looking around now, the button is appearing on this topic, but not on the one I wanted it on.

Oh well. I don't need it anymore.
