[UPDATE] SOME LINKS ARE NOW FIXED! Others have been lost to time...
Probably most of the people here were sent directly by me. Buuuuuuut for those who weren't here's what's the deal.
I normaly make skins in game maker, which exports sprite animations to a single strip. I made a program in game maker that very loosely turns a sprite strip into the individual sprite images, all properly named, and ready to become a skin except for assigning the origin in slumped. The program is, as i said, made in game maker, and not 100% reliable for complex skins. 99% of the time i use it, all sprite images were 64x64, and in order to use the program you need your sprites to be one solid strip with every sprite the same size.
