What did the screen say at the bottom when it first came up?
It says ''Failed connect. Your version is different.''
''This server is using version: 3.0''
Im using Zandronum 3.0 and Doomseeker 1.1 Is it doomseeker that i have to update or something else?
Sorry for the delay got busy throughout the week

Try redownloading Zandronum 3.0 https://zandronum.com/download. Doomseeker being out of date wouldn't prevent you from joining servers, to my knowledge.

I got one server to work after i redownloaded Zandronum though others didnt work but i think that might be due to them requiring linux or version 3.0-170901-1140 (When i redownloaded Zandronum i get version 3.0-Alpha)
If this isnt the case then it might be something else, With the servers that it didnt work on at the bottom right corner of the blue screen i previously mentioned it says (2.8 Pre-441-G458E1B1) and next to it 170625-1906 Im not sure if this numbers have to do with anything. And just thought id mention this but the blue screen i mentioned sometimes pops up red dont know why though

I have a problem with it. I can do everything up until I access the WAD Seeker. I don't get any of the options like general and what not. And for the first WAD Step, whenever I put in the same file as in File Paths, only the sprites folder show up. I think something is wrong with my computer...

Whenever I try joining any server on Doomseeker I always get this error:

Script error, "MM8BDM-v5c.pk3:cvarinfo" line 5:
cvar 'mm8bdm_mapcards' already exists

Remove 'mm8bdm_mapcards' and all other conflicting cvars from your ini and restart Zandronum to continue.

I'm using the current Zandronum release and tried deleting the said lines but nothing changed. Any advices? :)

===EDIT===

Seems like it is something with my Doomseeker settings, because manually setting up the joining through command line works fine. Only Doomseeker has problems.

===EDIT===

I found the answer. The Doomseeker was stupid enough to try to add some of the files two times, obviously creating already existing lines in the process. It doesn't cause troubles for me, I simply using the Doomseeker's gathered informations about the servers to manually join them without running a 3rd party software for the same. :)

I'm just trying to run a LAN server so I can play with my friend on Hamachi, I got Doomseeker set up and working, but when I try to run the server it tells me I'm missing PLAYPAL. I looked this up and found out it's an issue with Doom 1 or 2 wads, so I download the wads I need and put them in the Zandronum directory, try again, and it still says I need PLAYPAL. Any suggestions?
EDIT: New issue, originally once I got everything set up the servers were showing up fine, but then I hit refresh and suddenly nothing shows up

Sorry, noob to this kind of stuff here, but when I join a game, it's a Doom 2 server, and no matter how many servers I search, none of them are mm8bdm servers, it's just doom 2. Am I missing something?

Okay so I did everything exactly as you did, but for some reason I cant play any servers because when its installing pk3s, and ect it just fails midway.

also doomseeker wont update, the logs say this  before it fails updating

[17:08:29] Downloading package "Doomseeker" from URL: https://doomseeker.drdteam.org/updates/win32/stable/doomseeker_1.1-170607-0236_1496802976-stable_win32.zip.
[17:08:29] Network error when downloading package "Doomseeker": [99] Error creating SSL context ()
[17:08:29] Program update detection & download finished with status: [9] Update package download failed. Check the log for details.

At the end of step 4, I'm unsure whether the funnel icon is on the best ever website, or in the doomseeker application.

Doomseeker application. Best-Ever is dead, so the main WADSeeker website is:
Code: [Select]
http://static.allfearthesentinel.net/wads/

Another problem when attempting to download files for servers, downloading often stops and says "All done. Fail" in the bottom text box.

That usually means the files couldn't be found or downloaded. Make sure Doomseeker is updated and has the proper WADseeker websites (the most recent version of Doomseeker has working sites as its defaults).

In that case, delete Doomseeker from your PC and manually download the newest version.
