Let all agree that the luckiest noble in the entire fire emblem series is clarine, her overall stat for luck is the highest in the entire series.

FE5 is my personal favorite for having a great story, great maps, and really fun tools and mechanics to play (roms world) around with. Also, shout outs to FE12 for having the most solid tactics gameplay in the series on its higher difficulties.
