Weapon Ideas! (In the form of items)
Power Stone
Players within 4 spaces of you lose half of their screws.
Skull Barrier
For this turn and the next, you won't be affected by any harmful opposing items.
Rain Flush
Everyone loses 5 screws.
Time Stopper
You get two turns (not two "dice blocks", two turns)
I also think that the actual "items" (Rush, Beat) should be the same each map, but the weapons will depend on the map you're on.

Game Idea: Gyro Spike Tower
All players are transported to GyroMan's stage and must go on the stage's spike elevator of DOOM! You can jump, slide and move around. Get ahead of the other players to gain an advantage but be careful of the spikes above, you may never know where they might scroll down from! Last player standing wins!!

More Weapon Ideas!
Gyro Attack
Target a player 6 spaces away to shoot a gyro to make them lose 10 screws. You can target a player in front of you, but can turn right or left at intersections. Remember, the maximum amount of spaces is 6, and you can only turn once.
Magnet Missile
Hits the person closest to you and takes away 5 screws. You can aim forwards or backwards.
Wild Coil
Shoots a coil forwards and backwards. It bounces, so it'll hit every other space in front annd behind, but will take away 15 screws from the first player it hits.
Rolling Cutter
Shoots a Rolling Cutter 3 spaces in front (or behind) you that takes away 10 screws every time it hits. Since it boomerangs back to you, any player(s) on space 1 or 2 in front (or behind) you get hit twice.
Needle Cannon
You have 3 seconds to shoot as many shots as you can forwards or backwards by rapidly tapping the A button (or whatever button). Each shot costs the player it hits 1 screw. Each tap shoots a shot.
Atomic Fire
When you use this, you can either choose to charge another level (which takes one turn) or fire from the level you're at, which shoots forwards or backwards. If you fire without chraging, you'll fire a Level 1 shot. If you do charge, your Atomic Fire item won't go away and you'll charge. The next turn, you can use your turn to charge it further or fire it. At Level 3, you can't charge it further, but you still must choose to fire it. If you are hit by another item, you lose your charge, but still have the item. You must fire to use the item.
Level 1: 5 screw damage
Level 2: 20 screw damage
Level 3: Half your screws damage
The "stars" for Mega Party would be those ginormous screws from MM&B. The way we would choose which weapons would appear on which stage is simple: choose the weapons in the stages from MM8BDM. For example, Cutman's stage would have Napalm Bomb, Rolling Cutter, Air Shooter, Ice Slasher, Gemini Laser, Needle Cannon, and Atomic Fire.

Flame Blast
Drops a pillar of flames on a space that lasts the turn; any opponent that passes said space will lose screws.
Oil Slider
Two rolls on the dice.
Time Slow
Dice slows down so you can get a specific number easier.
Ballade Cracker
Throws a Ballade Cracker that does splash damage. Takes 5 screws from any player 2 or less spaces from the blast.
Silver Tomahawk
Does more damage to a target that is farther away.
Flash Stopper
Takes you to a random space.
Plant Barrier
Gives you 5 screws in 1st place, 10 in 2nd, 15 in 3rd, and 20 in 4th.
Centaur Flash
Changes the places of all opponents.
Yamato Spear
Tap to fire a spear. 5 spears take a weapon from the opponent.
Some weapons are similar. One can affect weapons, one can affect screws. i.e. My Yamato Spear, TheDoc's Needle Cannon
Tornado Blow
Sends an opponent to start.
Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.
Spread Drill
Takes 5 screws from all opponents.
Copy Vision
Creates a copy of yourself, and lets the copy have a roll as well. Both positive and negative happenings that affect the copy affect you. Lasts 2 turns.
Knight Crush
Takes an item from an opponent that is at most 3 spaces from you. Return strike is simply humorous; does nothing.

Screw Crusher
Combination between Needle Cannon and Wild Coil. Tap the A button repeatedly to fire Screw Crushers that take away 2 screws every hit, but they bounce every other space.
Commando Bomb
Like Gyro Attack in terms of turning only once, but there are some differences. If it hits a player (or wall), it costs the player hit 10 screws plus 5 screws from any player 4 spaces away from the blast. If it hits nothing in 6 spaces, it explodes then and there.
Hard Knuckle
Fire a huge knuckle forwards or backwards. If it makes contact with a player, it takes away 20 screws.
Spark Shock
Shoot a spark forwards or backwards. If it makes contact with a player, it stuns them, skipping their next turn.
Dive Missile
Same as Magnet Missile, but it makes the victim lose an item.
Magic Card
Target a player anywhere on the map and spin a wheel. Depending on what number you land on, you steal that many amount of screws from the player.
Charge Kick
You get two dice blocks. After rolling, you steal 5 screws from every person you pass.
Pharaoh Shot
Same deal as Atomic Fire with a few changes. You can't lose your charge. If you pass someone (or if someone passes you) while holding your charge, you hit them and lose your charge, but you STEAL 15 screws (because you can only hold Level 2 charge. Holding Level 1 charge doesn't make any sense) instead of making them just lose it. There are only 2 levels.
Level 1: 10 screws (this is if you fire it without a charge)
Level 2: 15 screws

Mirror Buster: Protects you from MOST attacks for about 2 turns
Sakugarne: 3 dice blocks, Steals 15 screws from each player passed, Rare to find, expensive in shops.

Charge Kick

Slash Claw
Lets you slash a player once while you move, stealing a weapon.
Thunder Beam
Lightning strikes 5 random spaces. Any opponents that are hit lose 20 screws..
Lightning Bolt
Lightning strikes 5 random spaces. Any opponents that are hit lose a weapon.
Rain Flush
AOE attack that affects players 10 spaces in front or behind you. Players caught lose 5 screws.
Astro Crush
AOE attack that affects players 5 spaces in front or behind you. Players caught lose a weapon.
Dive Missile
Takes 10 screws from a random player. Barriers do not affect it.
Magnet Missile
Takes a weapon from a random player. Barriers do not affect it.
Homing Sniper
No charge: Takes either 10 screws or a weapon from a random player.
Charge: Takes either 10 screws or a weapon from all players. If attacked, charge and weapon are lost.
Black Hole Bomb
A trap that hides in a space. When it is passed, it sends a player to a new space. Safe against barriers.
Air Shooter
Pushes all players ahead or back two spaces.
Magma Bazooka
No Charge: Takes 3 screws from each player
Charge: Takes 5 screws from each player and moves them three spaces ahead. Charge and weapon are lost if attacked.
Thunder Claw
Allows for grappling to reach certain areas. If used on the same turn, players that are passed lose 1-5 screws.
Remote Mine
Usable on ANY regular space. Players that pass the set mine lose 10 screws.
Water Shield
Protects for a turn. If attacked, the barrier takes 3 screws from every player.
