[New Sprites] Helmetless Megaman, Cutman, and Bombman sprites

Some updated skins for Helmetless Megaman, Cutman, and Bombman. Includes alternate pain frames for Cutman and Fireman, and Bomb Hold+Walk frames for Bombman (made mostly for mods such as RFC and CBM).

Due to some issues found by FTX (who by the way made an edited Fireman skin that the new pain frames are based off), I updated things on both Cutman's and Bombman's sheets, both are pretty minor though.

Updated Cutman's Back/R Fire1, and updated the Back/R and Back frames on Bombman.

I think it'd be helpful (for all skin topics like this actually) if you could post the original and the modified ones back to back, just so it's a little easier to tell what's been changed (especially for people like me who suck at figuring out sprites and the such).

Thankfully somebody has been ripping and posting 8BDM sprites on tSR (though they haven't exactly done a good job and I don't even think they are from the 8BDM community at all), but the Helmetless Megaman on there is outdated (despite the skin being updated prior to it), so for now I'll post Cutman and I'll get back to you when I re-rip the Helmetless Megaman and Bombman sheets.

I've updated a few of Bombman's frames, and as requested by CutmanMike there is also a comparison sheet between the updated sprites I did and the older ones.
