Suggestions on Skin Design

Hi there, I'm just wondering about this one design I have going on with a current skin I'm making. I'm not really sure if I should add any more cyan or blue onto him. I do have the cyan and blue, but it's only on the holes of his hand. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could edit him up a bit, or does he look fine as is?

This is actually the very first skin I'm making, so..I'm actually quite nervous.

Maybe recolor the shirt and pants with cyan and blue or,if want it to look scarier,you can try recoloring the eyes.

Hmm...I might try to recolor the eyes to add onto the scary factor. Thank you for the ideas.

Good skins always easily tell the player what weapon they're using, so you may want to use more than just those little spots.

On that sprite of yours I'm seeing some jpeg artifacts on the lower part of the right leg, make sure that you recolor the black outlines to another color to make sure the black was all the same color, and then re-recolor it back to black.
