I want to make a project, what do I need to start up?
Proof of Concept. No one will care about your ideas unless you put in some backbone and show some sign of progress. Threads that don't show any sign of the author putting work into it will be locked.

No proof of work, no thread. I'm not trying to be mean, but unless there has already work placed into the project, then it's just an idea. And No, some songs aren't enough. Just PM me or Korby when you have evidence proving that this isn't just something that's going to die a few days later.

As in, stage design, enough skins, or something along those lines. Right now it's just a list of things that needs to be done.
