Dental problem

I'm planning to go for
zoom teeth whitening procedure from a dental care clinic in Aurora
. I have made an appointment with my dentist for 20th of this month. I'm really excited as my first consultation date is so near. I'm researching a lot about this procedure to prepare myself. I just wonder if teeth whitening affect the gum area (like gum become white and sore after whitening)? I’m now looking into seeing how much it’d cost for me to get custom trays at the dentist and also the gel which they provide. I hope it will not be that expensive. If so, how long will it take to heal or return back to its normal color?

I didn't think anyone came to Cutstuff for dental advice, of all things.
I doubt your gums will turn white from a procedure like that, but soreness is a possibility. You probably ought to ask the dentist doing it about the side effects of having such a procedure done.

I strongly suspect this is an elaborate spambot considering the link

I wouldn't call them a spambot, it's just a link for a local business out in Canada, not some online shop for cheap knockoff crap. Having said all that, I remember getting teeth whitened and did have to deal with super sore teeth for a day, so expect to eat soft foods for a bit.
