Probably Hard Hat 2-4; they're really high-quality games (Albeit difficult) .

Mega Man Rocks! for sure, I found it through LPs while YouTube surfing for Mega Man Fan Creations.  
(For the record, YouTube surfing is a tactic I invented to find new things.  I go to a familiar video, and chain related videos until I find something that's both new and relevant to my interests.)

Why this wasn't already added, I shall never know.  Rokko Chan is a most honorable fangame, which takes place in its own universe:  Rokko Chan, initially Professor Sane's (Mistranslated to Professor Thane in the English edition) daughter, is rebuilt into a robot, and on her own free will she sets out to stop Dr. Mad's evil Robot Masters.  The game sports fantastic Robot Master designs, catchy music, unique and difficult boss patterns, and overall is on par with most canon Mega Man games.

Another typical MM fangame here.  Eight Robot Masters, obviously Wily's doing, go bust 'em up.  The only unique mentions is that the Mega Man Killers will be returning to somehow play an important role in the story, and--since Rush has been stolen by Wily--there will be a sheer lack of assist items in this game.  The game appears to have fairly unique enemies and stage gimmicks, so expect a good time from this one.

I can smell the sick fires starting now...smells delicious.  Anyways, Mega Pony is your typical MM fangame with ponies blended in--take control of an armored stallion resembling the Blue Bomber himself, and take out the Discord-possessed Mane Six in order to get at him yourself.  The game itself is unfinished and far from perfect (And if you ask me, the project is in desperate need of a composer), but the artwork presented so far is very nice and feels like it belongs in a Mega Man game.  It'll need work, but it could turn out excellent.
