So, you can submit a weapon here. What must it be like to be accepted?:
-A concept must be submitted to me that I approve of before you submit the actual weapon.
-In order for the weapon to be accepted, someone must actually make the weapon, whether it be the submitter or a person they asked for help.
-The weapon MUST NOT crash the server. All weapons submitted as such will immediately be rejected.
-Submissions must be made by PM. Concepts by post are fine.

I'll give multiple concepts to be looked over. I asked HD about being able to before posting.
Boulder Cracker (same as drop explained for Boulder Man for CSCC) = Possible replace Power Stone.
Shoot goes straight down (like water wave how it can't be seen) and sends rocks that scatter, size and range of rocks increases the more distance between the user and the ground. Colors: Browns/Oranges
Water Skipper = Possible replace Water Wave or Bubble Lead ((I don't see this one being all that special))
Small water burst skips across the ground bouncing similar to a Wild Coil. Low damage high ammo. Colors: same as water wave
Root Lancer = Possible Replace a boomerang weapon.
Large root extents from the buster and homes on someone nearby, incredible low homing. Punches through them. High Damage low ammo. Colors: Browns
Mirror Reflector = Possible replace Mirror Buster
Creates a shield around you that bounces shots back, drains energy fast. Colors: Yellow+Blue
Chainsaw Slasher = replace Slash Claw
Deals rapid no hitstun low damage in a single slash. Or bring Doom's Chainsaw back :cool: Colors: Dark Grey
Trinity Storm = possible replace Thunder Bolt, or Blizzard attack.
A swirling vortex of wind, hail and lightning slowly rips through enemies. Low rapid damage, average ammo. Colors: Light Grey
Heat Heel = Possible replace Air Shooter
Fires a blade like flame that arcs up. Low Damage, high speed, enough rip to hit once and go through. Colors: Red + Orange
Sand Burst = Possible replace Top Spin (or some other close range weapon)
Fires a spread of small shots that dispawn quickly, acting as a shot gun. Single shots do minimal damage but point blank hits will take out chunks of HP. Colors: Brown/Orange.
EMP Blaster = possible replace Spark Shock
Fires a spark shock sized shoot that travels incredibly slowly, when it hits something it creates a large electrical explosion that deals huge damage to everything in range. Ammo is incredibly low. Colors: Green + Yellow
Devil Molder = Unknown what it would replace.
Fires a yellow glob (a YD style one) that falls to the ground, where it lands it creates an image of Megaman and stands for a moment able to block shoots. Average Ammo, low damage. Colors: Yellow
Kitsune Fire = Possible replace Star Crash
Creates 9 flames that sit behind the user (for visual), 9 flames appear on the hud. When the fire button is pressed again the user shots one of the flames forward, each projectile that hits the user also reduces flame count by one. Earth weapons deal damage past the flames and still get rid of one. Damage low, ammo high, no ripping. Colors: Grey and "Purple"
Oblivion Buster (not a buster weapon despite what the name implies) = Possible replace Time Stopper or Skull Barrier (or another AOE)
One use only (removes self from inventory when ammo is depleted which is in one shot), the user stops for 3 seconds before creating a large explosion around them that deals instant death to everyone in range. Weapon acts like Skull Barrier or Time Stopper how it has to respawn and it uses all ammo in one go, thus removing itself from inventory, ammo can't be picked up while the attack is going either. Colors: Black and Grey
Artillery Bombardment = Possible replace Napalm Bomb (not very exciting)
Lobs a Grenade that arcs upward and bounces a bit before exploding. Average Damage, Decent ammo Color: Gray + White
Natural Force = Possible replace Leaf Shield or an AOE
Drops 4 leafs randomly around the user. ((similar to Class Wood)) Mid-Low Damage, low ammo Colors: Green.
(I purposely made this weapon like Wood's Leaf drop back when I came up with it)
Big Wave (ment to be a Tsunami) = possible replace Water Wave
Creates a wave that travels across the ground that starts off small but grows larger as it travels. Mid Damage, slightly low ammo. Colors: Blue + White

Name: Triad Thunder
Replaces: Thunder Beam
Colour: Purple and Green
HUD: Buster
Concept:
This weapon is like X3, in terms of name and function. You may not accept it but it is fine.
Shoots three orbs in a triangle position. Firing again reverses the direction of the orb. After a while, they will spark with one another and shoot three lightning bolts in the same fashion as the X3 Triad Thunder. The orbs deal damage. But when that happens, the Triad Thunder wears off immideately.
Might as well give it a shot
Jet Bomber (replaces Napalm Bomb or other explosive weapon)
Fires a projectile (I'm thinking the birds from Wood Man's stage or something like that) that travels in an upward arc similar to Silver Tomahawk although it moves quite a lot slower. It drops bombs at a regular interval (that can be tweaked for balance) until it hits a wall/ceiling where it despawns. The bombs do fairly decent damage (3-4 hit kill although they're spaced out as to not rapidly hit the same player). If the projectile itself hits a player, it does really low damage and immediately despawns. The idea is to hit with the bombs, not the initial projectile. Would probably need a lot of playing with to not make it OP as Hell. I'm thinking it could take more ammo the longer the initial projectile travels or the more bombs it drops.

Fusion Bomb
Replaces: Ballade Cracker
HUD: Fusion Bomb Throw (Custom, already made)
Color Scheme: Blue and Orange
The user throws a bomb that explodes into four fragments that spread in a cross. The fragments are also explosive, but are affected by gravity and only do half damage.
Pros: Huge damage, easy to hit with
Cons: High ammo consumption, difficult to get full damage with in most cases
Other Notes: This is the same as Fusion Bomb <Copy> from CSCC. It's not exactly super-unique, but it's the first thing I thought of.
Icicle Wing
Replaces: Blizzard Attack
HUD: Not sure. Most likely Shield.
Color Scheme: Cyan and White
The user summons icicles which fly out behind them in a wing-like pattern.
Pros: High damage, Low ammo consumption
Cons: Near impossible to aim
Other Notes: This weapon is already coded, but it currently has a Buster HUD. I can still send it in if you want.
Element Prism
Replaces: ...I honestly have no clue for this one.
HUD: Buster (Custom)
Colors: Grey and White
The user shoots an arcing fireball with a damaging trail, stunning lightning discs, and ice balls that shatter like Crystal Eye, all in rapid succession.
Pros: High damage up close, Stun, splitting/bouncing shots
Cons: High ammo cost, difficult to use effectively at range
Other Notes: Already coded, but the sprites need to be overhauled. (I'm a terrible spriter.)
Stone Drill
Replaces: Search Snake
HUD: Buster
Color Scheme: Brown and Grey
The user fires a drill that quickly burrows underground. The drill digs along briefly, then pops out of the ground and flies through the air. It's affected by gravity, and when it comes back down it burrows again. Rinse and repeat. Can rip through targets
Pros: Absolutely massive damage, can hit multiple targets, can catch foes off-guard.
Cons: Slow firing rate, awkward firing angle.
Other Notes: Not made yet. The burrow effect would be similar to that of Drill Man (YD Classes).
Ampere Cable
Replaces: Spark Shock/Thunder Claw (when released)
HUD: Custom (May need help with this one)
Color Scheme: Black and Yellow
The user swings a whip that sparks with energy. Striking a foe with it deals damage, stuns them, spins them around, and pulls you into them. Striking the floor causes a sonic boom that causes foes' ears to ring (a high-pitched whine will play from their speakers).
Pros: Stuns foes, Low Ammo Consumption
Cons: Short range, somewhat slow
Other Notes: Not made yet. The whip itself would have a visual effect like Iron Tongue/Thunder Claw.
I have a new suggestion not related to a weapon came up with myself.
Hellflame Cutter = Replaces Rolling Cutter.
Throws the Cutter and it spins around the user going outward to a range of 2 players away from the user then continues spinning as it heads back to the player. (Basicly works like powerstone but its one shoot that rips and returns back to the player instead of flying off)
Hud= Edit of Rolling Cutter (CMM's CSCC Hud)
Color= Black and Grey.
Yes, its Cut Man Mike's Rolling cutter that doesn't work exactly like rolling cutter.
Here's some more weapons.
Flash Jump
Replaces: Sakugarne or Charge Kick
HUD: Top Spin HUD or Toad Man’s HUD
Color Scheme: Cyan and White
This weapon can only be used in the air. Flash Jump will give a big boost in altitude and rush forward. If the user runs into a target, the target will take 15 damage.
Light Barrier
Replaces: Skull Barrier or Leaf Shield
HUD: Standard shield HUD
Color Scheme: Cream/Yellow and White
When Light Barrier is used, the user is slowed to almost a stop. When the user is completely invincible, covered by the barrier, and blinded at the same time, and the user can still move slowly. The shield will break off by itself after a while, and when it does, Flame Blast shard like shots will fly everywhere (think Unepix’s Elemental Specialist’s alt), causin' minor damage (around 4-5 per shard). The shots won’t make pillars.
Magma Pillar
Replaces: Flame Blast
HUD: Standard buster HUD
Color Scheme: Red and Orange
Think of Wood Tower from Uki’s weapon, a ground huggin’ projectile that does not deal damage. After a while or runnin' into a wall, it will “pop” up and stay around for a long time (Think Gamma's fire attack). Ya can only have one Magma Pillar out at a time.
Earth Shaker
Replaces: Super Arm
HUD: Shield/AoE HUD
Color Scheme: Dark Brown and Light Brown
This weapon can only be used in the air. The player will plunge onto the ground, dealin’ 30-40 damage. The closer a victim is to the source of the quake, the more damage they take. If a victim is directly underneath the user, they will be OHK’d, however there will be no quake.
Gravity Aura
Replaces: Gravity Hold
HUD: Standard AoE HUD
Color Scheme: Purple and White
Once used, it will cause a Gravity Hold effect once. One orb will be staying on where the weapon was used. Anyone who is within the orb’s range cannot jump. They may jump after by either exitin’ the area or wait until the orb disappears.
Hunter Mine
Replaces: Hard Knuckle, Hyper Bomb, Search Snake, or Water Wave
HUD: Standard Buster HUD
Color Scheme: Cyan and Yellow
When fired, there will be a mine set onto the floor movin’ in a straight line. If it hits a wall, it will detonate, but it won’t cause damage. If it hits a target, it will do 80 explode damage. Hunter Mine was a slow RoF and has a weak homin’ system. It might try to lock onto someone, but the mine will never leave the ground.
