This is a cool enough feature to add to the core but the way map markers are implemented in zdoom makes it super annoying (god knows what they were thinking). It adds another step to adding inventory items to mm8bdm and there's already way too many of them.

Beed had one long ago that only showed weapons, I used it all the time to show item placement on my maps I was making. They were centered properly on that, maybe ask how he did that if it can help fix that.

Centering is just using a textures file to make centered sprites.
I have elected to not do this
1. It would take up more space and further complicate the process of adding markers.
2. Offcenter markers have their uses when you spin the minimap: sometimes items placed really close together can be better distinguished when the map is spun.

Fixed a dumb crash with GravityHoldWep. Then checked all the maps to be sure.
