Suggestion: Make Concrete Shot able to solidify MM1FIR's fire pillars.

As it currently is, it doesn't really make sense that the Concrete Shot can freeze MM9MAG's insta-kill lavafalls while not being able to do the same to the not-as-deadly fire bars in MM1FIR.
