Title: I can't see my health and ammo bars

I can never see how much health or ammo I have. There's just nothing where it should be. 
It's my first time playing this game so I'm really confused and have no idea what could have caused it.

Sometimes if you zoom in too much on your screen, it removes your HUD. if you have "zoom out" (idk if that's actually the name of the command) bound to '-' as I do, try hitting '-' a couple of times

if it still didn't work try out that :
go into the Options, Display Options, and play with the Screen size parameter until it fixes it the way you want it (vertical or horizontal HP bar)
