as much as I love Hinata those eyes are WAY TOO WHITE to work in a tiny little 8-bit sprite

make some parts grey (or just darken them) so you see them better, I don't care if it's not 100% canon anymore

I think you should restrict the blue/cyan coloring on Bowser's skin to his shell, and leave the rest of his body colored normally.

The skin is great, but his colors are kinda painful.

Hinata's a bit wonky in proportions, and you could probably color her hair black. Her eyes are weird on the front poses, her attack frames could be much better, and her hit poses are Megaman.

I don't know if its the skin or me, well it is kinda the skin, since it has some wrong/invalid/unknown thing/problem in the skininfo as the Skulltag starter said.. But most of the times when I have been joining servers with this skin, my skulltag always crashed at the time it finally loaded...

Those eyes hurt my eyes. Don't use such bright colors, especially in such close proximity to each other.

I'd use Ado or Adeline if they used a little less colors.

There's quite a few problems on your side frames, such as the hat looking real weird, the apparent "fatness," most noticable when she's running.
In addition, giving her a megabuster is probably not the best idea, unless she actually used one.

I would suggest using a true black color instead of dark gray for the skins. (like the Exit Mouse.)

I think the colors are fine, but it's tricky to tell. Are you using a six color limit?

By the way, I really wish you finished that Red skin. Could use it to make that chase level playable.  :p

We just need a skilled person to make a Red class, and I'll do the rest of it. Just a chase course with a player being selected as Red a la Saxton Hale, to chase the other players. If at least one chased player makes it to the goal, Red "dies" (forced to spectate through a script). Red should be invulnerable to all attacks, be faster than the players and have extremely poor turning (to avoid Red getting in front and blocking chased players). He should have a claw attack that kills in one hit, but makes Red stop for a bit when used, and an altfire (the claw intestines) that can get them from afar, but has a long cooldown. The catch here is to not make it a matter of "oh it's just like Saxton Hale but being chased". I have some ideas in mind.

There will be weapons and obstacles along the course, but no health or ammo for obvious reasons. Things like Charge Kick, Oil Slider and Scorch Wheel are a sure find.

Well, those sprites will be painfully out of place (Wreck-It Ralph's sprites were clearly designed to be 16-Bit), but he's the only character who I'd really want to see here, so I guess I'll vote for Wreck-It Ralph.

I'd hate break it to ya...but SFxMM has a bad-looking style simply because it uses Megaman edits.
It would be better in general if you used completely custom sprites. Use Megaman as a base if you have to, but make sure there is as little left of the original sprite as physically possible before calling it finished. I seriously doubt every character ever would have the same facial structure and posture when standing idle.
