Are the sprites of the robot masters and weapons ripped already?All I'd managed to rip so far is Volcano-Man's tileset...er, most of it, anyway...and three mostly unhelpful sprites of Volcano-Man.
I'd be willing to make a map, from my experiance with Torch and SkullMI I think I can make something plausible decent. I'd need to research Rokko Chan though. I remember someone was obsessed with Japanese awhile back, and for a good long while too.I was just using Google translate, while retranlating it back to make sure it was somewhat what I was trying to say. I only know the pronunciation of a few words. I can't even write my own name in Japanese despite seeing it so much on skype.

Rolling RingThat sounds broken as apposed to Gemini Laser. Making it stronger, not slow down AND fire three at a time? I'd say lower the damage to make up for faster and firing more and maybe a slightly lower RoF.
Take Gemini Laser, buff the damage, ensure absolutely no bounce speed reduction, give it a spread.

I MUST do Hockey Man's botchat, I don't care if my version of him wouldn't get in, nor do I care that I've barely played the game before, I'm calling him, just for the fact that he's a friggin' HOCKEY MAN....I...would actually appreciate that quite a lot. A) his eyes were wide open and his mouth was closed. Showing no sign that he was showing pain.
B) in front frame he was leaning forward. As in toward you. But in his back frame he was leaned backward, as in toward you. See the problem? He is leaning a different direction in a frame that should be simply viewed from different angles. All you did was turn his head around. Like what virtual sonic did with that skin he has been working on is.

Like everyone else has already said, it's not in the core game, but the thing for released expansions seems to be to get Classes made for them afterwards (Powered Up fused with YDClasses, and Rockman No Constancy is on the way now). Such a weapon's coding might be useful for the (inevitable?) Lancea class.

But it would be more helpful to us if you coded the other weapons that need doing first. If you would like to do so you can discuss it with SmashBroPlusB and Lego; they're the two main weapon crafters and I'm not even sure who's claimed what over there.
I remember that when I played this game, I only tried (and beat) Rolling Man's stage. IIRC, the gimmick on it was the stage flipping. Since that is impossible on ST's engine, how would you picture a map of that stage? I don't remember any other gimmicks, so I might have to watch a video. Forestman's stage contains some blocks you have to shoot to get out of your way, a boulder-chase scene, and some tar-like stuff that slows down Rokko's movement.There should be a tunnel that has the occasional boulder rolling in it. The tar could be like very high friction sand until we can get something similar to megaman sand, if that even ever happens.

I think I might have a go at Ice Shield. I was thinking it could act like a throwable Battle Network aura at around 25-30 health, with ammo usage similar to leaf shield.IIRC King Yamato's Skull Man class had his Skull Barrier operate like LifeAura. Its energy would deplete as it took damage, with its losses corresponding with the damage taken. For instance, Hard Knuckle would knock off a lot more energy than Quick Boomerang. Not sure if it still works or if it's the most optimal solution, but it's a possible start.

That said, Rolling Man's stage does have low gravity outside like Star Man. Remember what Ivory said a long time ago about how not adding all gimmicks is not necessarily a bad idea? My gripe with that NC map is that shooting from the ceiling is difficult. It was a neat concept, yes, but frustrating to experience. Now the question is, if you want gimmicky or playable maps. I personally would like the latter.
Oh and, take this with a grain of salt. It's just what I think. As the expansion leader, you're free to do as you please. If I come up with something good though, I'll let you know.

Well, I hope I'm not coming off as an elitist douche. Really, I'm just saying what I think. But there may be something unique that can be done. The end result wasn't the problem, it was the initial result before we started giving suggestions, and it was hard to get you to understand what the issues were as you went off changing other things about it without clarifying what the suggestions given to you were. And its doing that which will make it hard for people to want to accept you making skins for expansions. There's only one thing I don't like, it's how the visor comes up only when he's running/flying/moving/migrating. Is that platforming with pits on the side? ...I tried to make pit platforming not too difficult if you pay attention to where you're going, as well as optional if you're okay with taking the long route. (Unless you wanna get that Volcano Cannon or E-Tank, in which you gotta put in some extra hoppin' around.) But you do have a point. Maybe I'll make some fences or something.
