Turns out the treasure the Mayans talked about wasn't a great cataclysm. It was, in fact:

I am proud of all of you who worked on this and very thankful as well, you made a crapton of good changes to the game and it all feels very refreshing. Sure I loved what MM7DW4 was before but this current map is really sweet as well. I'll miss the fans in Gyro Man's map, but the new easily accessible platforms help in catching up to the guy hiding with the Magnet Missile.

Don't take me the wrong way, I love the old gimmicks with all my heart, but these new changes are a blast to play.

Some of the stuff I've been drawing lately has been brought on by stuff in discussion with FuPoo over on other sites.

When he found out what a Bouffalant was, I drew up the first thing that came to mind after he just found out:

Then last night, we tagged along with another friend of ours and played Mario Kart 7 as our favorite fiction girls. I was Chie (Persona 4), FuPoo's was Nikki (Swapnoting) and our friend was Haruko (FLCL). They both did drawings, and I made some pixel thing:

And then I drew Wario for my own reasons, also to try and figure out Paint Tool SAI which I recently downloaded:

Nah, you're not really seeing things there. The purple/pink text doesn't really take a good picture, and even when you look at it normally, it's a little confusing. The colours work in person for the larger text like the "VIRBANK STADIUM" and "ENGLISH PREMIERE" but as for the concert time and date, it's a little messy. This was a print for fun anyway, and a friend of mine was interested in doing an art trade for the piece as well, so I wanted to have a copy ready.

I did consider a lighter colour, but I wanted more of an obnoxious purple pink hue for the poster when I was first finishing it. Took that a little too far, so after what you just said, I made a quick revision to the text and went with a lighter pink. Sorry to post the same drawing twice in a way, but here's what it's like on the computer screen with some lighter colour border around the text:

At least with this, if I plan on printing it off again the text is more legible!

I went and did a quick printing test of a recent drawing of mine over at the nearby office depot. Wanted to see what kind of print quality I could get since a coworker commissioned me to draw Wonder Woman and I want it to look passable. I was pleased with the results I got on printing this piece! It's really satisfying to see work printed off at good quality.

It's a poster of the new poison gym leader from Pokemon BW2, Homika/Roxie

I-I'm back into playing MineThing again recently, because I felt like exploring and padding out the snow biome I found behind the mountain my main shelter was in. It was filled with a ton of sheep, cows, and pigs, so I made an animal farm out of what was around. Eventual goal is to pretty much make a gigantic sheep farm with sheep of all colours, but I gotta start stretching the farmland out a lot more.

Using the Softy texture pack because I think it's really cute and makes the game less straining to look at.

Haha, I know, there was some weird crap when I went about drawing this. I was attempting to draw the sweater somewhat puffier in the arms and other spots, and the right arm was supposed to go into one of her sweater side pockets, but I didn't bulk up the bottom of the sweater enough to symbolize that. As for the neck area, her sweater has sort of a collar around the neck and I just enjoy drawing it puffier than it needs to be, but yeah, maybe if I lowered the right side of the collar (her right, not the image right) a little bit it may not be so awkward.

Knux, lots of people are posting their stuff here without worry of it being bad or strange, try doing it on your own! I'd like to see what you're able to pull off.

Anyway I like that we're still using this thread! Here's a Chie drawing I did last night because I haven't drawn Chie since February, and I feel bad for that, plus P4 Arena is a pretty neat fight game.

Ah don't worry SSW, it was just really nice to see one of my favorite dudes in this game again for a brief moment! Nice to hear you're even coming back, I was losing interest because of how often Classes and Roboenza was happening over any other mode, but this weekend's a pretty exciting event, haha.

I'm unwavering in the fact that the only LP related things I like are Freelance Astronauts, Chip Cheezum, and Retsupurae, but thanks for the promotion SlyFox, this traffic is neat!

Also I think he expects it Dusty. He's already put up one online gameplay video and he seems okay with it!

I think I heard talk before about people wanting to get popular Youtube celebrities to play MM8BDM and promote it. What's happening now is the result of a smaller Youtube video game celebrity who seems to get on average 100000 views per game video, and he played the game. I can only just imagine what would happen if like NintendoCapriConroy(?) or something played the game...

STILL, with all these new guys, hopefully some join the forums, or some of them figure out the mechanics and stay for a while. That might be tough since this is most likely just a passing thing and they'll just go to whatever SlyFox plays next or something, but hopefully a handful remain interested.

It also brought SickSadWorld out of hiding for a brief moment. Then he dashed away into the sunset after one round. Majestic...

Do you mind if I can get added to the whitelist? Username is the same in Minecraft as it is here. I've never really done multiplayer Minecraft outside one of my local friends, so it might be fun to try it out for a bit.

No, I believe I have a level 4 version of that as well, also the Meteor Rain version of that as well. In a free-for-all, it's understandable to have an offensive power like that, especially if you know when and where to use it. Like if you see a group from a distance, or you're in that one building map with the long hallway, then yeah, it's a good power to use. I do the same with with the Lancer Staff of mine when I use Quick Charge in that area and just pick off people from a decent distance.

I'm finding that the only Arm I can use even remotely well is the Drill Arm, and I'm terrible with every other arm it seems. In free for all, melee attacks rarely connect or succeed with the arms I equip myself with, especially one I thought was good. I managed to find a value 332 Volcano Arm with +6 to defense, +4 to running speed, +3 side dash cont. fire, and +4 to dashing melee, with shaking bonus. It's got 3.5 star range, and 1 star melee as well. Even so, it's not faring well when I use it in free for all, and the same goes for my value 302 Upperdash arm, which even with 4.5 star melee, can't win in a melee standoff with anyone. Anyone else finding arms tricky to use, or are you finding them comfortable?

I did however make a weapon recently that I've grown to like, the Sonic Cannon. I made a pretty good one recently, but if I can get one with a bit of extra homing onto it, with the homing it already has built in naturally, I think I found a new friend. I did want to get into using cannons anyway, I love their designs more than the other weapons.
