[LIVESTREAM] Kage's Stream
«

I guess this stream ended before it really begun. I had a feeling that this would happen, but I'm not upset about it. Even though it was announced more than a week before, it looks like no one was ever interested at it at all. Maybe its my lack of advertising or maybe not many people really want to watch anything they can already find and watch on their own time. Regardless, I rather keep this thread open if I ever want to stream anything else in the future. Though to be honest, I think this could be my last.

Kage's Weekend Anime Thing 5/9 (Failed)
(click to show/hide)
Basically, I'm going to try out this whole streaming thing and host a couple anime sometime during Saturday or Sunday. Since this is kind of a trial run for me, it may be a onetime thing or something I might do often during the summer depending on how many that show up to this one. The point is to have some fun with watching anime together, and to expose your minds to a variety of anime that is out there beyond the anime everyone knows.
Currently for next week, I'm planning to show at least four episodes of two anime from this small list of anime, and possibly show more of the one of the two anime if time allows. I'll host the dub version of the show if its available, otherwise it will have to be the sub version if the dub version ends up not being available. Just to be clear, I'll agree to show any of the anime on my list that has majority rule, but the second anime I show will always be my choice.
List of Possible Anime to watch:
MegaMan NT Warrior
Martian Successor Nadesico
Getter Robo Armageddon
School Rumble
The Tower of Druaga
Megaman NT Warrior: Axess
Bomberman Jetterz (Sub only available)
Sakura Wars
G Gundam
Power Stone
Trigun
Mazinger Edition Z: The Impact
The default time and date that I will host this is
Saturday (5/9) at 3pm CDT
. I can potentially accept or change this to a later time and/or a different day on Friday or Sunday at convenience.
I'll likely choose the two anime at the top of the list
to show for next week by default, but I may increase priority to show some other anime instead of the ones I was planning to show if more people request a particular one on the list.
If you have suggestions for anime feel free to post, and I may accept it and add to the list. However, I won't add or show anime that are currently or have recently been shown on TV within the past few years, any really popular anime, any new anime, and any anime that may be considered offensive to these forums.
UPDATE: Recently, MegaMan NT Warrior, MegaMan NT Warrior: Axess, and Power Stone are added to the list. If I show Megaman NT Warrior, I'll show the first series first to give newer viewers a feel for the main cast of characters. Axess will likely be shown another day if I do more of these streams.
Currently, the time and date have not changed, and I'm planning to show Mega NT Warrior first, then Martian Successor Nedesico afterwards. Any episodes I may decide to show after those initial 8 total episodes will either be more episodes of one of the two anime. Just to put it out there, while I'm fine to show any anime you all want to see, the second anime I show will always be my decision alone.
UPDATE 2: There may be a slight chance the stream won't be able to take place at
3pm CDT
. In that case, if nothing shows up, I don't respond in the chat, or I do not make an announcement. I'll just stream it at 6pm CDT instead. If it is apparent that no one shows up at all, the stream will be canceled at least just for hosting any kind of anime.

Damn it! Why did it have to fall on first week of exams! Usually, I would love to go to stuff like this, but sadly, not this time.
Also, if I may so kindly suggest two anime's I've been watching nowadays,
-Megaman NT Warrior (Honestly, it's a lot better than I remember, althought the sequel Rockman Axcess is better however, it continues from NT Warrior so you might be confused if you started there, and there is no English version, only Subbed)
-Power Stone (It's a classic, nuff said)
Edit: GM is right, Axcess does have an English dub, though not all episodes. I was thinking about Stream. My bad.

Then, what would you recommend I use? Surely there is no other streaming website that I would be less likely to be banned.

If you host a EXE anime, Axess was the best season, soul unison, fun story, a lot of actions.....better than Stream...Beast had a grea story too.
But if your people want some actions, use Axess! SOUL UNISONNNNNNNN (lalala). : 3
Stream is good too for some fight. CROSS FUSIONNNNNNNN ..... : p
