Where do I even begin...?

First of all
The scaling is all out of whack, they look like they don't fit in a MegaMan game at all. Mainly, their limbs are too long/large.

The designs don't make them look like robotic for one thing, the second one looks like it's wearing a regular T-shirt and pants rather than body armor.

The color choices are also pretty bad, it looks like you colored them with the default MSpaint colors. The standard NES sprite could only hold 3 different colors plus black and white for transparency, these sprites exceed the 3 color limit.

The robot master that comes close to looking like something from MM is "SteelMan", though like I said before you need to learn how to do proper scaling with MegaMan characters.

i'm not really good at making stuff in the mega man style.
i tried to make zipper man but he kind of looks like mega man.
so i decided to do them in my own style

i admit i did draw them in MS paint and yes i used some default colors, if you want i can recolor them using NES colors and doing the 3 color at the time limited

maybe i can try to make them a little bit more robotic while i'm at it.

you should try to do them pixelated.
im doing sprites for a game using the program paint.net (notice the .net plz you shouldnt confuse it with paint like my friend)
i zoom in. cut to a pixelated size. turn on grid.
and just use the pencil tool to draw
