I've been wondering if there is an easy way to rip sprites from Megaman 8-bit Deathmatch, like Bright Man or Toad Man's sprites.

Using pk3 editors such as SLumpEd or SLADE, you can open up the MM8BDM-v5a.pk3 and export any of its resources.
The alternative is to change the file extension to .zip and look through them using your file explorer, but that could potentially take longer.
