Flash Man poses a problem due to a tactic that significantly degenerates gameplay and, once executed, has no counter-play and presents a lame duck situation.

By that logic, shouldn't Dr. Wily have some sort of limit against him, even if it's not a definitive 'hard-ban'? He can build up capsule energy, freeze you in place with his bouncy ice balls, and burn away your health without you being able to do anything about it. On tap. Flash Man at least has to find a Carrie item and get close enough to freeze you with Time Bender (especially since explosions love to stop working at the least bit of height variation). In addition, Wily has more health than Flash Man whenever he's not stripped naked, his shots have no range limit, and gets homing with his Skull Suit's primary fire.

Indeed. Btw my game crashes randomly at the start of some games. If i do during the tourney, will I get disqualified? My friends eazydi and Dennis tell me it has something to do with skins.

Flashman doesn't have a gaping weakness to buster shots. Flashmans time stopper can be used more frequently than Wily's capsule, too.

I would sign up, but I have a couple concerns.

1. What's your policy on time-outs ("brb" moments)?

2. Are there skill brackets? ;_;

1. If it occurs only rarely, then the policy is for the other combatant to remain as long as reasonably possible. If it happens repeatedly during a game, to the point where a contestant cannot continue, report the problem to me and the game will be replayed again. After the second day where the game cannot be completed due to these issues, I will ask you to step down, unless the other contestant is fine with continuing to try. I will not, however, delay the entire tournament due to these issues, so start your matches early if you think you may be having problems.

2. As described in the first, after the first (group) stage, there will be a bracket stage with at least two brackets.

Hey, are we allowed to abuse weakness chains? I just feel i need to ask since it seems a bit unfair to player A depending on what class he picks

You may absolutely do so. Remember that 2 bans and 2 class choices precede every Duel, however. So you'll only get to use 2 set classes (against 2 set classes) for any given Duel.

Because they are op against Classes, specially with weakness weapon.

Yes, Copy Weapon classes are banned because they are very volatile in terms of power; they can often very easily overpower any Robot Master Class on some maps. Doc Robot, though, is interesting enough to warrant inclusion.

Before every Duel, the two players will follow the following scheme:

1. Player A bans one class.
2. Player B bans one class.
3. Player A bans one class.
4. Player B bans one class.
4. Player B picks one class.
5. Player A picks one class.
6. Player B picks one class.
7. Player A picks one class.

So yes, EACH player will ban 2 classes and pick 2 classes, every Duel.

Copy Weapon classes (except for Doc Robot), Guts Man, and Charge Man are all banned from the start. Air Man is currently not banned, but this may change in the next couple of days.

Why? I haven't seen anyone use him, so I don't know.

His highly aggressive playstyle, marked both by speed and high damage output, makes counter-playing him a task similar in order to countering an aggressive Charge Man; Air Man cannot kill quite as fast Charge Man because he lacks the incredibly powerful altfire that Charge Man has, so he's suspect rather than outright banned.
