go into slumped and open the v1b(make sure you do not screw anything up) and go to sprites then weapons find the weapon you are doing then highlight the pics then right click and export

The problem is he can't get Slumped/Slade to work. Wish I could help you with that. Have you tried XWE yet? If not, I guess I can make a quick sprite sheet and PM it to you if I get a chance.

Anyhow, are these all Megaman-based skins? If so, I'll happily download this. Otherwise I won't, y'know. Maybe you should make two versions if its not?

Anyway, I'll try to contribute Christmas Roll and that Snowman enemy from MM10, Chillman's stage.

That hat is for the other characters, not santa.

Oh it is just for a quicky, and how about adding  *4*6 and *3*7 and *2*8 they are just reverse for some sprites because it is needed like my vegeta sprite do the scouter otherwise it would be on the wrong side

They are not hard to reverse. If you have any type of image editor, you can use a flip image effect.

For the record, I recommend that nobody makes Santa Claus.  I happen to know somebody who might already be working on it (not me).
