Duel Modifications - UPDATE: Brutal Duel v1a!

UPDATE to Duel Item Patch. Changelog is on the first page. Notable changes. Mobility items that are removed have been replaced with lesser mobility items. This will allow you to reach areas rendered unreachable by the removals. Skull Barrier removed.

More notable, however, is the one weapon change I made, to Plant Barrier. Rather than remove Plant Barrier, I modified the weapon to cause players to receive x1.3 damage when the shield is up. This is to balance out the more effective healing. I would really love feedback for this change. I have refrained from making more similar weapon changes for duel balance for numerous reasons. Firstly, because the duel tournament is about to begin, and secondly because I do not want to undermine official efforts by offering a reason for players who largely play to duel to ignore the vanilla balance efforts.

EDIT: I'm a ding-dong. Version v4a-3 is the current version.

EDIT2: Desync problems with the current version. I've removed them for now, expect an update soon. Lego is a good person.

So I've made my own duel item patch.
Notably, I've nerfed health as I've always felt the standard health layouts were meant for DMs as opposed to duel.
Also, every suspect item gets replaced with something as opposed to nothing.
