Closed / Add team spawns to DM maps

We've all been there, enjoying some TLMS and then you spawn next to the entire enemy team and die really quickly and have to sit out the round without really getting to play. Team spawns could fix this problem very easily as long as server hosts actually uses sv_useteamstartsindm.

Closed / Some texture errors.

First up is a pretty nasty one I found while playing online. Its located near the northeast corner of mmbpir



Second is an offset error in MMCTF14



Lastly we got a small nitpick from me in mmctf15. going from stone to grass seems rather unnatural to me. A simple napgrass middle texture should help or changing the sidedef bottom texture to grass would also work.

Welcome to this little corner of the projects forum we like to call TheMod. On the surface this might seem like another stupid userclass mod but that isn't the case. Think of it as a playground for us (that is to say, the people working on this thing) to flex our creative muscles, learn code, practice other general design stuff and most of all have fun making something for people to enjoy.

Before you ask, Yes there was a thread for TheMod but Zomo wasn't all into keeping up with a thread so we had to make a new one from scratch.

Q: What does EMPX stand for?
A: Long story for this. I used to go by my stupid Sonic OC's name Eon so it was Eon Map Pack, after just changing to jakeinator I let EMP stick around because it is a neat acronym, and the X makes it sound cool.

Q: Don't you have a thread for EMP already?
A: Yes but this is pretty much a complete and total do-over, and I am aiming for 15 maps so that's why it is here in the WIP section.

Q: When will we be able to get our hands on this?
A:As I stated before, the real v1 of this will have 15 maps so even more Soon™.

Q:Hey! What the heck happened to 10 maps?
A: I think that half was a better idea and close to the new year was a good starting point, sorry but you'll just have to wait a little longer!

W.I.P Forum / Chaotic Dreams Map Pack (CDMP)! In development.

Helllloooooooo and welcome to the Chaotic Dreams Map Pack! This'll mainly have maps from LordDamager and myself however there'll be some exceptions.
I will be mapping using the usual 255 brightness and have linedefs be more squareish.
LD likes to be different and map with unorthodox brightnesses and linedef lengths.
We're trying to bring some variety with the conflicting styles.

You may or may not know me here, but I'm Jake aka Jakeinator and i feels like putting a link for my livestreaming channel for future streams and such, hue hue hue hue.

-current event-
Tomorrow (august 9th) at 11 am pacific standard time I'm going to livestream a marathon through mega man 1 through 6! There'll be brief breaks in between games for me to set up the emulator, get a drink, etc. In between 3 and 4 will be an extended break for me to catch my breath.

If you didn't know you Okami, it's an adventure game where you play as the Sun Goddess Amaterasu who was reincarnated as a wolf. The game's title actually is very clever because of this, Okami means great god but its a homonym for wolf. The game's characters and events are based off of different characters and events from Japanese mythology. The game renders lines around every model, every hill, and every building to make it look as if it were a painting in a Japanese scroll. The game is very humorous and is filled with sadness at times. A game that can make me have many emotions while laughing at the same time earns my respect toward the developers. This game is whats keeping me from hating on capcom. Sure they haven't made a megaman game in a while and canned a lot of them, but megaman isn't all what they have. If you haven't got this game I'd highly recommend the Wii version, for the brush is better used with the Wii pointer then a control stick. Though Okami HD is coming out October and I'm hoping for a Wii-U port of it. Have fun discussing for those of you who actually played the game (and okamiden). Oh yeah one more thing, This is my favorite game of all time even better than SA2.

Hi! this is just a topic for talking about random sonic stuff like your favorite game, any wishes to Sega, favorite character, fan characters of yours, etc.

THIS IS NOT MEANT FOR TROLLING AND FLAMING!

alright, so here is some random crap i would like to say:

My favorite character is Tails because he is only a kid yet he has the mind of a genius. My favorite game is a tie between Sonic 2 and Sonic colors. Yes, I do have a fan character, two to be exact (in fact I have more these are just my main ones) Eon and Rush (obviously). Finally please sega make a sonic game using a similar engine to SA1 and SA2.

OK guys i have an idea for a sonic the hedgehog styled expansion (unless there already is one) but i doubt that this will take off (i dont know how to make a .PK3 in SlumpEd)

egg walker-homing in blasts that do more damage, also increases defense
pikopiko hammer-wow a lot of close range weapons. but it isnt right in front of you. it has odd range but great damage.
