Closed / MM6DW1 grid issue

I don't really know if this really is a big issue, but projectiles go through the grid in mm6dw1 (that one with that dinossaur robot behind it), this can't be a bit unfair if we use, for example, Ice Wall, so instead of "boucing" between walls, it just gets through the grid.

Graphic Alterations/Submissions / [Sprites] Sheep Man

I was doing a sheep man skin, but then I was warned that someone was already doing it, but I was warned while doing progress, so I have a bit of work here in hands. I did Sheep Man walking on fours because someone suggested me to do it, even if Sheep Man stand only with his feet. I must give "MadebyAIS" (or AISmadeby) some huge credits for helping me here and and I also give credits for Molly who gave me the permission to use his BRG's walking sprites. I hope this can save some time for the development team. If you think that some parts are bad you can also use some parts of my sheet (instead of using the whole sheet) and you can also edit it if you want to. I didn't do a pk3 of it because I don't know which would be the "code" of the skin. (Left corner: standing still, middle left: 1st shooting frame,middle right:2nd shooting frame, right: 1st walking sprite.)

Closed / Fire Man's Match

Please, don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to be a smartass by giving 2 suggestions in the same day, it just happens that I noticed two things in the same day.
Anyway, in the 1st Copy Robot fight he says that Maestro and him had a great match, but it happens that the one in the Fire Man's match is Mega Man instead of Copy Robot. Also, when Guts Man tells his flashbacks, the one in the scene (no puns intended) was Copy Robot and not Mega Man.

Rejected / Bubbles in MM1DW2

I know this map isn't even in the campaign, but I think this might be also worth a try but, in this map there's a bubble that will lead you to a platform with Hyper Bomb, the issue here is, there aren't bubbles in the 3rd or 4th castle of MM1, well there's that Bubble Boss in the 3rd castle, but this doesn't count, I think...

This could be replaced by Guts' Blocks or maybe even better, you could remove the bubbles, there's that MM4 grapple/hook thing in this stage, theorically, the only use of this hook in this stage is to get the tank close to the ceiling, but if you remove the bubble the grapple could be more useful here, and it would also make Hyper Bomb "harder" to get.

Graphic Alterations/Submissions / [Sprites] Copy Robot/Mega Man?

This isn't a big update, actually this is just a bit change but... It might make some difference, while battling against Copy Robot I noticed his eyes are weird, it feels like his pupil is black and white simultaneously. So I made "improved" (ok, this isn't such a improvement) to recolor that white pupil bit, I also did put a bit of his scarf that was missing in the F/Side rotation shooting sprites, anyway here's a image of both original and changed sprite sheets


(Please, if there are any mistake about the sprite or about the guidelines, tell me.)

Also, I realized I'll need to upload an download for his sheet, I'll do that later today

Silly name, for a thread, but ok, this will be my first mod that I did, but anyway. The idea of this mod came from a mod made by a user called "Rokim21", after seeing his mod, I loved the idea, the idea of the mod was replacing the mm1 musics by some musics created by a youtuber called  "Let's 8 Bit" (Link for his channel here:https://www.youtube.com/user/bsolmaz13/featured), he recreated the MM1 themes like if the game were done later in the series, he didn't only that, he also recreated the MMV music in 8 bits (and that, if cutstuff don't use his recreations, I'll update this mod to have it), and another things that are non-megaman related, but anyway, there was a small problem with Rokim21's mod music, they didn't looped, after that, he and I did a partnership to complete the work, since the musics were already extracted, I just needed to loop them, after 1 week and a half, I finish the mod, but this isn't over yet, it has more than just than "let's 8 bit" musics. It also has all the MM1 mugshots from MM8BDM recolored to look more like the bosses' real appearence. Well, I'm almost sure that running those mugshots in a real NES would blow it, but okay. (All the mugshots displayed below)

And, still, it isn't just that, I replaced the titles of the games, if you played the campaign mode, remember when it had an icon to remember you in which game you were? so, I replaced them, the differences are, in the Mega Man 1 and 3 there was added an icon, being in the 1st game, it's a nes-ified title screen from the mm1 remake from wily wars and the 3rd game, being the icon from the japanese title screen, that was absent in the american title screen BUT, is in the weapon get process :

In the MM2,MM4,MM5 and MM6, the roman numerals were replaced by our cardinal numbers. In MM7, MM8 and MM&B there are some obvious changes, being the MM7 and MM8 title screens being very interesting, because the MM7 and MM8 title screen are from Rock Man 7 and 8 FC. Both of them are here below:

Well, if you are reading this until now, with this attention, I'll give you a bonus, but first I'll explain something quickly: The Cut Man's theme, for me is kinda odd and bad, it just doesn't fit cut man, in my opnion, at least. Here's his (let's 8 bit) version of Cut Man:


So, I thought in the idea of replacing it, so I did an alternative versionof the mod that uses Cut Man's theme from Rock Man 8 FC:

Rejected / A good aspect, but that should me used more times

Well, while playing in concrete man and galaxy man's maps, I noticed that there is the "boss door" a very good aspect, it gives a mega man feeling, that's nice, I've also noticed that there's the same thing in Bomb Man's stage, and in the ground, that means exactly like in his level, where's the "checkponit rooms" has vertical falls, that's great, like, I didn't noticed it for myself, when I saw the door I remember about the fall and the vertical room. But this isn't in all the maps, to be true, just in few maybe less than "10%" (this if I'm right, because I'm really blind), it would be very cool to see those "doors" in all the maps

Help & Editing / Help with music

I was trying to make a loop in a music for mm8bdm, I took the music from a mod for mm8bdm that was functional, I looped it in audacity with metadata and saved it in ogg vorbis archive, I got the music, imported it to musics.wad(it was supposed to be elecman's theme), I loaded elec man's stage and... silence, that was all, no music. When I put the music in music.wad those annotations appeared:

while in the other musics there wasn't any annotation it was just written "oggs". Please help.

Which file in the MM8BDMV5A-PK3 is supposed to be the MM1 boss theme and MMPU (Powered Up) theme? Because I want to know if I can put everything with MMPU boss theme (I'm not sure if I can do this or I necessairly need to do a mod).

Well to start off, I don't speak english perfectly but, I can speak it accurately, but I still can't be 100% sure  that I'm right, but when fighting against Ballade, he'll say this:

Ok, I had an problem, how should I upload an image here? I tried in another thread using (img)(/img) and it didn't work (I know that it uses another symbols, but if I used the right one here, it wouldn't show nothing), and I got a link from my image (that is here in my laptop) and put between "the 2 image things", all I got is that famous symbol of a paper with white and green colors that mean that or the image is unavailbe or that it didn't loaded. please help.

MM8BDM Discussion / Memory Loss

Goddamn it, maybe you don't know but, I did a topic about a annoying boss crash in MM6 chapter, but I passes through it, I was in Spring Man level, I beat it, and it was in the victory screen and Slash Man's level was loaded and then I went to Light's lab, but it didn't save, that as alright, because maybe it was because I got out of the stage quicly but, then I got out of the game (just to make sure that I wouldn't loss any memory), the game was also lagging, so I turned of my laptop, but then I came back to the launcher, and all my memory dissapeared? What the hell? I just don't understand, I know that I can use cheats to come back where I was, but what the hell happened?

MM8BDM Discussion / Annoying Boss Crash

Please, if someone knows why it happens, answer me, because in MM6 Boss (or bosses because there's a lot), when I get defeated, sometimes my game crashes, I don't know why this happen, and it's annoying (the furthest I get was Toad Man but his rain crashed my game, and I already used this rain a lot! Help me please...
