Spoiler for Hiden:
Do you know what a "?" means? or an "IF". A "?" means that it's not necessary just something that bothers me personally. "IF" means that if this was happening, I'm not saying he should center it around duels.

But the way you went about criticizing Area A was only complaints about Duels. Since you were not clear enough, it's not my fault because I didn't correct your message.

Why are you holding things against me? I apologized for not fixing all the things that you said for my maps and I'm fixing a lot of things everyday that people complained about previously.

What? I'm telling the truth, aren't I? How is that holding things against you? If anything, you have it against me because you're angry at the facts. If you need to be angry at someone, let that be yourself.

Why are you rating my review of Rozark's maps? It's his choice if he wants to take some of my advice.

Well, yeah, it's his choice. However, when I realized that I am still learning to not make huge ass maps and to not make some mistakes, I stopped all map testing because I was afraid people would end up doing the same bad stuff as myself. That does not stop me though, from saying the quality of a review sucks since it's from the point of view of someone who thinks things are just perfect his way. And so it is. I know that I know better. Take it as you will. I won't reply to you regarding this matter after this post, because frankly, it feels like I am wasting my time and it derails the topic.
Huh, I agree with the Gemini textures on the windows of Icecap's cave being too much. Ice-based textures would be better.

Texture offsets do matter. Especially when it causes stuff like this:
Spoiler for Hiden:

Now onto other stuff:

01: Texture offset problems are the most present here. Stuff like this should never happen:

Also remove the treble sentry there or replace it. It's annoying to come up there just to get shot down.

02:
Overly bright room is overly bright:

The blue and purple don't really go well together. The purple ice is also not slippery for some reason. More texture offset craziness that I'm too lazy to upload screenshots of. (most importantly the ones in the first screenshot) Also, needing mobility items to get mobility items is pointless and annoying.

03:
Reality defying waterfall: (also more needing mobility items to get mobility items.)

The gravity script is also messed up. You can go near the sector and get low gravity. Combine this with super adapter and you can fly forever. Also the blockable linedefs around the pits are a bit pointless. Finally, never put spaces in your wad name ever.
Actually a lot of those seem to not be offsets, but not following the 32 rule. Unless making stairs always make your click a multiple of 4, which each click is by 8, if you followed that rule picture 2 wouldn't have a problem.
Now I took a bunch of screenies of Skull Man's map but the image uploading site I use isn't working right, so just LOOK at Skull's, they are everywhere, and some are actually offsetted when they shouldn't be past 0.

you should be using a 32 grid anyway unless you REALLY need to, this is elevation wise though, all 32 is what you should be using multiples of when you make a ledge. look at the textures, a normal square texture is usually 32 by 32 (such as Air Man's walls, the defult wall texture) so one block will be what you need to move it by.

I know that your not supposed to be able to teleport in the teleporter you put there, but it seems weird seeing the teleporter there just sittin' there. I can't think of any stages that are like this, if your gonna do this I'd suggest to make the teleporter stuck inside the ground. Or you could make it come from the ceiling.

Yeah...there's still texture problems everywhere. The ones I posted were just examples of what not to do. If the texture is cutoff, it usually means it's bad.

You've improved things since the last version. I already sent you a review on Skype. Good job.

You should make a hotfix of this version to include Crisis Valley. :ugeek:

Bumped for hotfix because they're fun and y naut.

EDIT: Copied/Pasted the changelog to this post:

V2DH1 CHANGELOG:
Spoiler for Hiden:
Added Rozark05, some music changes, and an alternate way to get out of the lake in Area-A

And now for this topic to have some beauty sleep. Why, I doubt anyone would even notice that I'm still updating the first post with RozPack V3 status updates.
