Again what do you mean? Coding on Game Maker to make the RMs? When you say make the robot masters is sounds like coding or spriting.

Give Smash Game, He help you progress characters to fight or play as.

Or if you want it bluntly, He'll help code the other robot masters.

Not a Problem. Also, Might I make a Suggestion for the Hero Characters? Each Character could be based similarly to their actual game counterparts. Proto takes double damage, can slide, and has a shield. Bass can dash but can't move while firing on the ground. Megaman can Slide, Charge his shots, and possibly call for Rush to help him.

if it gets of the ground well enough, perhaps duo and roll could also be playable? ye know, PF and MMPU...
of course, that means more spriting for me, but hey...

Hey Fyone, do you mind if I slightly modify how the fighting style works? I was thinking that one attack button would do all of the Robot Master's standard attacks (and would do different actions depending on whether they were in the ground/air or which directions were being pressed) and the other button would use "special" attacks which would deplete an energy bar. For instance, Drill Man's digging would be classified as his "special" because it is a panic escape / high damage attack rather than just a standard attack.

No. That made Protoman far less fun to play as in MM9/10. The charge, slide, instant jet, other stuff etc. simply didn't make up for him taking a stupidly high amount of damage. He should take a bit more damage if needed, but not double.
