This thread will be dedicated to SFM creations.
I'm making a separate thread beacuse HL2 models are included as well, so, if you want, you can post HL2 things too. And remember, they don't have to be yours, or even be videos for that matter. Post .gif's, movies or screenshots!

I guess I'll shamelessly bump this thread myself!

This was my very first poster, I wanted the mortar to have smoke coming out of it's tail, but it seem particles crash my SFM all the time. Crashes aside, this took about 30 minutes:

how'd you get the blood splatters on him?

You right-click his animation set, and highlight "Set Skin", the skins (textures) themselves are, as follow (and these apply to all hwm characters):

0: RED
1: BLU
2: RED Ubercharge
3: BLU Ubercharge

Anything below that are skins used in "Meet the" videos. For Soldier, these are:

4: BLU Bloody skin, from "Meet the Spy"
5: RED with a patch in his chest, from "Meet the Medic"

You can also change his body using "Set Body", which gives you options that change his model.

How did you place the Buds exactly? I tried to do it, but it's a pain in the butt.
