I've missed so many arguments

I honestly love nicknaming my Pokemon, it makes them stand out from all the others~

One thing I used to do when I was waaaaaaaaaaaay younger and playing Red for the first couple of times was take the Pokemon's prefix and tack "friend" on the end. (Pikafriend, Charfriend, Pidgfriend, etc.) I should seriously start doing that again~

Lost due to a misclick. EQ'd his Latias when I had Ice Punch.

I'm open to battles and trading on B/W Anytime.

I'm thinking of starting a trading post on CS because I have like... 13 boxes of pokemon that I barely use @_@

I actually wouldn't mind trading with all you. I actually don't got that many Eevees as I used to have. Half of them are traded away I think or had evolved.

I'd trade for either useful pokemon or to complete teh pokedex!

You sound like Pokemon Stadium!

PIDGEPIDGE, STARSTAR, SQUIRSQUIR, and so on

my favorite Trainer was the one in the Petite Cup who called his team "little"

LITTLEQUIL and LITTLECHOP forever!

Holy shit Pokemon Stadium

Give me a sec here

I think it's safe to say the Pokemon Stadium is one of the best home console Pokemon games ever. That game, along with Mario Parties 2/3, Star Fox 64, and Mario Kart 64, had some of the best earliest moments for me for video games. Everything about it was just so enjoyable and it had something for everyone- Free Battle for competition with friends, Poke Cups for a chance to polish your skills, Gym Leader Mountain to become the very best, Kids Club to unwind and have fun, aaaaaaaah

Not to mention they did a great job remixing Red & Blue's soundtrack- some of it is more memorable to me than the originals. Free Battle's menu's Route 11 remix is one of my favorite N64 tracks. It's just an incredible game. Thank God I still have it- sometimes I'll pop it in for the hell of it and challenge my brothers and sister to a battle or a Kid's Club tournament.

I never did play the 2nd, but I'm sure it's just as fun.

I can personally say that Pokemon Stadium 2 is currently better than every other Pokemon console game currently in existence.

Alright, so Pokemon Battle Revolution sped things up with the animations so battles didn't take half an hour. Okay, so maybe the story modes of Colosseum and XD: Gale of Darkness were the sexiest ever. Are they the best though? NOT A CHANCE

In order to start having fun with any of those games, it's required to put in the time and effort of training a team in a portable game (or make the story mode Pokemon suck less), and even then there's usually only two or three game modes or battle styles you can REALLY enjoy. Plus, the GameCube games had the added bonus of being the biggest pain in the ass ever when it came to PvP. I mean, unless you had $30 to drop / were a cool kid and bought Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, the multiplayer was simply nonexistent in Colosseum and rather boring in XD: Gale of Darkness.

With Stadium and Stadium 2, the folks over at Game Freak had the brains to put in a Rental system, and by the gods, was it a good idea. Nearly every Pokemon in the then-current Pokedex (heck, you could even unlock Mew!) could be drafted to your team, and all of the selections were balanced; sometimes it was worth picking an un-evolved Pokemon simply because they had a slightly better moveset than their evolved form. The battle modes offered some interesting gimmicks like using only Lv 5 Pokemon in the Baby Cup, using small-sized Lv 30 Pokemon in the Petit Cup, or going full aggro with Lv 100s in the TOTALLY EXTREME Prime Cup. Of course, Gym Leader Tower was an absolute blast, even with the provided Rentals, and the Kids Club (as mentioned by Star Dood) was a great way to end it all, goofing off with the silly and adorable mini-games.

My favorite mini-game has to be HARDEN! from Stadium 1. The move Harden's gotten a lot of flak as far as gameplay is concerned (heck, most players will REFUSE to catch a cocoon Pokemon simply due to its lack of offensive moves), but you have to admit, nothing's more badass than literally watching a tiny insect pupa break apart a giant boulder using only its face WHILE TURNING GOLD.

Location: The Hils... It's wide, cool and safe. It also serves free coffee cheesecake, want one? Just kidding.
Anyone knows of any other abilities with negative side effects on the Pokemon that have the ability?
For example:

Dry Skin
Although Water attacks and Rain heals the Pokemon with the ability, it also makes the Pokemon vulnerable to fire and takes damage during a Sunny weather.

Have to agree with most of the points said by Smash, except for the favorite minigame. As awesome as Harden! is, I have a three way tie between Sushi Go Round, Dig! Dig! Dig!, and Snore Wars. Sushi Go Round is just hilarious because of the crazy Japanese guy in the background (WHO LIKES CHAW?!? HIENASA!), the fast pace of four Lickitungs eating everything, and whenever you eat the Coffee or spoiled food, the reaction of the Lickitung is absolutely priceless (*lick* OOOOOOOOOH!) Dig! Dig! Dig! is fun because of the end- frankly I find nothing cuter than a Sandshrew playing around in a giant gush of water. Even though technically it would kill him.

Snore Wars, though... I love it simply because I almost never win. Don't tell me I 'm not the only one who simply mashed the A button when it got extremely fast. XD
