Yes, but I just think it'd be more fun with more players.

Either way, hopefully this will get people to play CTF more! Do you think this mode would work with 1 Flag CTF?

So, you could capture either flag and score a point like this, right?

And if the player limit was risen...Sounds like it'd be pretty hectic with a full server.[/understatement]

Classes are incredibly easy to make. The only hard part is making the weapon they use.
But, because you asked,

You inherit from PlayerPawn and just modify whatever you want. Remember to grab the pain/death states from the Megaman class. Actually, you should probably just copy/paste the megaman class and edit that.
