Personally I'm ok with these days. Some people isn't as nice as before (I think I wasn't very nice then or now) but most are still nicer than other games' players.
Also we have more mods now :D . I'm not a fan of vanilla DM, but when I join it I usually don't leave too soon.

Having said that, I'm gonna say what some of the guys have been saying and write that SGC was where it was at. No way you could replicate the brotherly love that was between us. Given, that was love only shared between the IRWC, but still.

and dagnubbit juniors we liked it. no arguing about map packs or anything whatsoever

^Actually, Wily Space Fortress was done during the SGC demo too. In fact, the entire reason why it existed was to have a low gravity stage before the game was released.
