Don't take it to heart if I didn't comment on your post. There are so many videos that I can't comment on everyone unless I posted more often. The ones that caught my ear were ones that stood out to me, and ones that I have never heard before.

Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness is my personal favorite Generation III game, for good reason. The AI is smart, the Pokemon selection is cool, and songs like this make you just wonder. I view this song as "Rock Concert + Stayin' Alive" in my mind.
Lotad and its evolutions are also some of my favorite Pokemon, so you can't imagine the smile on my face when I fought this guy. I remember him being in Colosseum with a similar situation, but I don't remember his theme at all. It may be the same, if so, screw me.
I've been playing through this game recently, and my current team really impresses me, even if it doesn't really impress others.
Hmm, I'm not sure if I can fight to this music, but I can definitely... GET DOWN AND BOOGIE! And dance dance dance, lol! Most interesting boss music I ever heard.

Unlike the mini boss which sounded more fun and more relaxed, this theme tells you "shit just got real" lol. I love this game. One of the best I ever played on the SNES.

I don't particularly like those miniboss themes. The latter feels cluttered and the former feels too calm. The Yoshi's Island song I like a bunch.

I haven't actually played this game, but it sounds awesome. You can tell a lot of the 8 bit artists of the day were inspired by heavy metal for some of their music. This game is worth checking out, even if for just the music.
I personally prefer the final boss theme to the boss theme in that game. Both are great, though.

Those names are terrible and you should feel ashamed for using them. I really like that theme from Gale of Darkness. I have to say, though, it doesn't feel too much like a boss theme to me.

Hey Kenkoru, nice nice. I haven't heard the last boss theme to Shadow of the Ninja, coz I kinda wanna get the game and experience the music by surprise when I get to the final boss.
Also I like your Tales of Symphonia music, but it sounds more like stage music if I may say so. Still good though.

A bit different, this theme always had me on edge, but I like how it keeps its espionage feel to it, rather than a "whoaaa heavy metal riff in your face coz this bad mofo is gonna tear you a new one!" sorta thing. Both kinds are good though (the themes I mean, lol).

The main reason I like this song so much, is that before this you basically never heard anything like this in a Mario game. Sure the rest of the Mario Galaxy soundtrack before this is still good, but suddenly Bowser has a choir. Too bad he was so easy.
Pokemon Sapphire was the third game I ever played. And while the music was good, it wasn't something I'd listen to all the time. Until this song, the very beginning basically yells the whole "It's the end of the game!" thing, and I just like the tune of the whole thing.
